- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard visit is $18 to $20, depending on area, and each visit lasts 45 minutes to an hour. Ask about specials! If I don't specifically have one going on, I will make 1! Other special packages available for holidays and vacations that would involve multiple visits in a day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I would set up a free "Meet & Greet" where I would come to your home and get to know you and your furry family members! This would be a time where we would go over exactly how you would like things done. We set up how you want me to come and go-- key, alarms, etc. We go over payment methods and schedule, and we can even do a practice walk all together. At times, because pets sometimes take a little longer to get to know a new person, a second meet and greet may be necessary. And once we are all set with the details, everything is in place for me to start working for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had over 12 years professional experience working in pet related fields. I have my bachelor's degree in education from the University of Massachusetts. The skills I have used as a teacher, are also very important in this profession. Patients, ability to communicate, ability to organize, fast thinking and problem solving skills...just to name a few!!
