Karen introduced me to Reiki and energy healing for relief from anxiety and depression. I was very skeptical at first, but I had tried everything else so I decided to find out if there was anything to it. When I finally relaxed into it, I immediately discovered how powerful energy healing is. The sessions left me relaxed, clear-headed and positive in a way I had never experienced. I really can't say enough about Karen as a sincere, caring and honest person or as an intuitive, knowledgeable, and skilled energy healer. The whole experience has been life-changing for me, and I consider Karen to be a trusted confidante and friend. I've actually learned so much from her that I'm pretty much able to take care of myself, and these day it's rare for me to feel bad in any way no matter what I'm going through.

Reiki Treatment, my first and an amazing experience. Karen is very nurturing and her treatments are so warm and soothing. Four weeks of treatments and I was off the medicine I was supposed to need for the rest of my life.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always learning through workshops, talking with other professionals, and a lot of reading.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I discovered Reiki in 2000 when I was invited to a Reiki Circle. Massage became a natural complement to Reiki. Having worked for 12 years advocating for people with disabilities and experiencing a major illness myself, helping others to be healthy and happy became my passion.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My work is split about 50/50 between therapeutic massage and Reiki, but I also integrate or offer other therapies such as cupping, vibrational healing, Regression Reiki and Pet Reiki.
