- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $40 per hour and we work hard during each and every hour.. We will purchase material if requested and do not mark up the cost though we do charge $40 for the trip to the store.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial email we talk on the phone and/or meet in person to go over the job - unless it is a small job and easy to quote over the phone. We offer reasonable rates and exemplary service so that people will give us a try and get to know us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each 'handywoman' has significant experience and skill in at least one area such as carpentry or painting and the ability to think outside of the toolbox to perform all around home repairs.
