- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat fee pricing system based upon the need and request. Our quote includes the following: One time/Move in/out: Spot clean walls as needed, baseboards, windows (inside), window tracks, vacuum, sweeping, bathrooms (Toilet, shower, sinks, floors, glass, windows), kitchen (inside cupboards on move outs, outside of cupboards, inside of stove, microwave, dishwasher, appliances, fridge inside/outside, sinks, and floors), ceiling fans, wooden or vertical blinds, etc. Reoccurring: Same as above, however it will be maintenance cleaning which takes less time. Inside of stove and fridge are additional charges unless negotiated prior to initial service. Stove and fridge should be deep cleaned every 6 months and will be discounted for our reoccurring customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a flat fee quote for requests, once the customer has viewed the quote we reach out to them to see if there are any questions needing to be answered. Once the customer contacts us via phone or message, we communicate a time and date for an appointment. Once the appointment is completed the customer gets to walk through the residence to point out any area's that the customer would like to be touched up. At the end of the appointment we may even offer our reoccurring rates if the opportunity shows itself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jason has several years of experience as a commercial cleaner, working on jobs in restaurants, office spaces and government buildings. He has had many security clearances and plenty of floor care experience. Jason has a strong work ethic and a good business mind.
