- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come over to quote the job in person, small jobs can be quoted from photos clients sends us. once quote has been served we wait for approval from client, then we set date to star the job, we do our best to do as promised and meeting deadlines on time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew is well trained and experienced climbing and using equipment, roping and removal proceedings.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most common type of customer we have worked with are homeowners and contractors.
