- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by rooms and note that a room is considered 200 square feet or less. Apartments are less.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We greet all customers and then ask questions to determine what their carpet care needs are. We will then provide an initial "site unseen" estimate with the clear understanding that should a job be more involved that originally discussed the price will change accordingly. We find out the best date and time to take care of the customer and then will determine our schedule availability. Once the job date, price, location is confirmed we lock the time into our books. All clients will receive a reminder text the day before their appointment to remind them of what we are doing, the price and payment methods accepted.
