Introduction: Transcription Services of America is a US based provider of comprehensive transcription services. Our company was founded by Jackie Gallo who grew Gallo Professional Services (a small transcription company) for 10 years before starting this company. She had clients in state and national government, large medical facilities, universities, and advertising agencies. Jackie brought her best contractors with her to Transcription Services of America, and clients can expect the same exceptional service from Transcription Services of America as customers received from Gallo Professional Services. According to our customers, the transcripts produced by Transcription Services of America are more accurate than other transcripts. We use a team approach where an initial transcriptionist transcribes the recording, and a second person reviews the entire transcript while listening to the recording before the transcript is ready to be called complete. Transcription Services of America also requires all of our transcriptionists to have knowledge of the English language, live and be allowed to work in the United States, and, when possible, we match transcriptionists with subject matter with which they are familiar (i.e. financial background for work regarding the banking/accounting industry, or medical terminology for medical presentations or focus groups). These two simple concepts have resulted in more returning clients.
