We had a charter with A to B last week and had a great experiance. The driver was 30 mins early and very respectful. Were looking to hire them again for an upcoming event in August. Great company and beautiful buses. Very easy tonwork with.

Amazing service, very family oriented business always putting customer needs first making your family/business a priority. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!This bus company left over 32 families with Autism and other intellectual disabilities STRANDED on 95th Ashland for 2 and a half hours and I had to call them and find out why they were late.
There excuse was that another trip ran over. I spoke with Jerry at length about the importance of the pickup and drop off for our families. Many of our families tried to be patient but after numerous melt downs
from their kids and the 2 hour plus delay, they went home defeated.
I tried to give the owner Jerry a chance to work out a solution before I wrote this review because we certainly feel like we deserve ALL of our money back! We paid several hundred dollars and he has not even called to apologize.
The driver had the nerve to be late on the return trip as well!
The best part of A and B is Erika the office coordinator who tried to assist and was very apologetic but unable to get us a refund. A to B Coach is unreliable and unprofessional!!
We hired them for our annual water park event from Chicago to Bolingbrook on August 5th. Not only did many of our families leave, they all missed the entire picnic and a little of the water park. Food was wated and money lost on our end because we felt responsible and refunfed the bus cost to our families.
We are considering a lawsuit. It was that bad!😠
I repeat DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!
