- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing applicable in the stone restoration business. Pricing is only estimated until one can inspect the job first hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first goal is to understand the client's expectations. Then establish whether we can meet those expectations in order to move to the next step which is assessment and accurate pricing, followed by a thorough explanation of what the job entails.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am now 53 and since the age of 12 I have been very close to the marble and terrazzo business. First, as a young man helping my dad in his business during the summer. At 18 I had my first job in a marble workshop in Miami, and finally 5 years ago I started this project which is very close to my heart,
