We've used Uno Gringo (Joe!) for a several jobs around our house, and will not look anywhere else for handyman services. He is always on-time, always does a GREAT job, takes pride in his work, and never leaves a mess. He has helped us out with new drywall/painting and installing new laminate plank flooring after a burst pipe in our kitchen (including figuring out how to match up the old floor with the new, as the flooring ran all the way under our cabinets!!), as well as replacing a toilet in our master bath, painting our whole house, installing and painting a door and trim after a break-in, and various other jobs. If you're looking for a skilled, honest, and fair priced handyman, Uno Gringo is absolutely the way to go!

Joe does quality work for every job. He has replaced toilets in my house, painted walls, and has fixed various little problems throughout my home. Where others would cut corners, Joe makes sure to complete the project thoroughly and correctly. He fixes the mistakes made by other handymen who rushed through the job.

Painted ALL trim, doors, steam cleaned ALL kitchen and family room floors. Did a great job, was fast and cleaned up after job was completed. will use him again.

repainted living room, dinning room, breakfast room and kitchen. Excellent job and he cleaned up everything. Also he repainted the trim in all the rooms. Great job. He replaced my kitchen faucet with a new one. Beautiful , great job and he stained all of my kitchen cupboards, they turned out wonderful. He also did some other things that I had ask. Everything was done very professionally. I would not hesitate to have him do anything that I needed done. AND best of all he was prompt and very reasonable.

Joe was great. We've used him for all sorts of jobs since 2009. He's a real jack of all trades. He laid ALL the flooring in our home: laminate throughout, tile in the bathrooms and laundry room. He even epoxy coated our garage floor! It looks like new! He painted most of our walls, replaced our toilets, tacked up baseboard, installed a ceiling fan and later this week he's coming over to swap out a broken in-sink garbage disposer. My wife and I are grateful for all his hard work! Anybody that hires him will not regret it. Thanks Joe!

I typically charge $35.00 an hour plus materials that I'm happy to purchase and provide you with receipts. Tile jobs are quoted on a per square foot basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet and talk about the project. I like to listen to the client and understand what result they are looking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this type of work for years, remodeling my own residences as well as others. I have done just about every type of home project imaginable, including painting a foyer that was 25 feet high (on scaffolding) and doing epoxy and urethane garage floor coatings.
