We needed some things done quickly. He kept putting off contacting us back and not getting information nor quote to us in a timely manner. Blamed it on his partner. VERY VERY disappointed in the deck/step work that was done by this man. It's only been a year since it was installed, and it's falling apart. I should have known better, when at the time he was installing it, I had to tell him how to make it work! And it still didn't come out right. Not only that, but he was short on material, and had to go back twice to get enough to finish the job. That's $600 down the drain.Jul 10, 2017

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first thing I do is get the prospective client an accurate estimate. I know the pains of getting one price and it changing because of situations. I foresee the situations to make sure I give out an accurate price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have done this for more than 20 years and in those years, every year I take a course on safety, code updates and new information to make my job safer and smoother than the year before.
