Vicky's Catering was AMAZING! They catered my backyard wedding (roughly 50 people). The food was excellent! The price was reasonable for the amazing selection of appetizers and fantastic entrees. They met with my mom for a tasting before the event since I was not in town, AND they accommodated video meetings for any questions I had. Everything was prepared wonderfully. The food was hot and the appetizers were fresh. The staff was very attending and there was enough staff to help everyone! Plates got cleaned up very quickly (almost too quickly) and the rates were very reasonable for after clean up help. The only detail that could have made the presentation and quality of the food a little better would be using fresh vegetables instead of canned vegetables but I understand its hard when serving 50 people. Maria and Vicky were both so sweet and pleasant to work with. I added day of coordination/planning for a small rate, but to be honest not much extra was needed since all my vendors showed up on time. My bridal party helped a lot with the set up and decorations before the event. Thank you for everything Vickys Catering! I would recommend them for any wedding.

I hired Vicky's catering for my daughter's first communion. From my first contact with Maria Gabriela everything was outstanding. Their prompt service, fast response and constant communication with me made me feel that they were very knowledgeable and professional. The food quality and service provided during the event where amazing, I received compliments from all the guests at the reception! I am so happy that I found Vicky's catering and I will continue hiring their services in the near future.

....last minute search for a caterer in Miami, Fl. for a Traditional Thanksgiving Turkey dinner for a dozen special friends..to be delivered on Saturday Nov. 21st. The questions were answered... the menu chosen and the delivery was flawless!!! Yes!! what made this a challenge for any experienced chef was that it was perfectly executed from Boston Strong... Massachusetts. Thank you shout out to Maria the event planner and to Victoria the awesome chef. everyone will have very found memories of the prompt delivery, hot tasty food and the smiles on all the faces...My choice for best caterer in Miami!!!:0-)

I worked with Maria, Vicky's Catering event coordinator. We customized a dinner and after party for approximately 30 people. I adjusted the meal several times as I reviewed it with my family. Maria was helpful and flexible with any requested changes. The kitchen prep and servers were friendly and professional -- it happened exactly as planned. Everyone was very pleased with the event. My experience was really outstanding! Everything was beautiful, and organized. We had some weather challenges and they came up with a perfect solution. Food was absolutely incredible, everyone asked me where did I find them. A truly pleasant experience. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have fixed prices as every event requires different outputs from us. We definitely stick to the idea of customized results
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers give us a breef idea of what they have in mind for their event and then we elaborate a proposal with all details and discuss it until everything is approved. That way we grant satisfaction and non-stress experience
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Business Administrator myself and my partner is a Chef with over 25 years of experience. We consider ourselves a great team along with others that work with us
