- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have fixed prices as every event requires different outputs from us. We definitely stick to the idea of customized results
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers give us a breef idea of what they have in mind for their event and then we elaborate a proposal with all details and discuss it until everything is approved. That way we grant satisfaction and non-stress experience
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Business Administrator myself and my partner is a Chef with over 25 years of experience. We consider ourselves a great team along with others that work with us
