Linda worked with me to lose weight and gain confidence working with my peers and in social settings. She created balanced meal plans, an exercise regimen and taught me about portion control. She also discussed the importance of sleeping and managing my stress levels to maintain my weight, energy level and mental clarity at work. We worked together for 3 months. We celebrated our 23rd wedding anniversary, family style, by having Linda prepare a nutritious Mexican meal of fajitas including grilled steak & veggies, seasoned black beans & guacamole dip. I was amazed by her ability to go into my pantry and put together an awesome marinade out of my ingredients. She made our event special by serving it poolside! Our family of 5 enjoyed this special dining experience that Linda created which was quite tasty & memorable. It is a dining experience that I would ask her to do again. Diane B

Linda worked with me to create a lose weight-lower stress program. She created tasty meal plans & exercise routines I could do at home.
