Will was the best personal trainer I've ever had. He helped teach me how to properly and safely perform movements like the Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Row. He taught me how to get my mindset right. I have had problems with how I look, and his guidance and training helped get me on the right track. He understands fitness better than 99% of personal trainers. I've had over 15 personal trainers and he was the best of the best. Will has changed my life! He really helps motivate you towards your goals and has made working out less of a chore. Although I was new to the gym, he was very helpful and thorough when teaching new exercises. Now I feel confident in the gym and my 6-pack is finally coming in!
