- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price range will depend on what each person wants as far as developing a training program and/or a nutrition program. The client can choose either or both, and the pricing will vary depending on the level of customization required for each.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will be asked a series of questions to determine what kind of exercise and nutrition program will be best to suit their needs. A couple of commonly asked questions include: -What are your fitness, physique, or strength goals? -How long have you been consistently working out and/or following a diet? -Do you have any flexibility or mobility issues that need to be worked on to ensure that exercises are able to be done properly. -Are there any injuries that prevent you from doing certain exercises?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been lifting weights and developing my own diets for nearly a decade. I have experience competing in both powerlifting and bodybuilding and actively train and coach athletes from both sports.
