- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
An uncontested divorce is $200.00 That includes preparing the Summons and Petition or a Petition and Consent. For $25 more, I will go to Court and file the paperwork. Decree of Divorce is $100.00 Guardianship document preparation is $200.00 Service of Process is $50.00 for three attempts
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a client will contact me for legal services. I will speak with them, by phone, to verify I am able to handle their needs. Once I ascertain it is something I would be able to do, I set up an appointment to meet with them. I can meet at my place of business or another location. I do not meet at a client's home. I obtain all of the pertinent information I need to complete the work and typically have it completed within three business days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as an Associate Attorney with a Family Law Specialist for over 15 years in California. I met with clients, prepared all documents for filing, handled all client communication and supervised three Paralegals. I also worked with Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, and Estate Planning for five years. I have a licensed Attorney who is available to me for questions and to supervise my work.
