I had the opportunity to work with Kyle Mayer in finding a rental for my family. As soon as I called him and told him what we were looking for he immediately started sending over options for us to look at. He was very available for us even during a holiday when we had questions we needed answered. He worked hard to find exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be happier. Kyle is a hands on Realtor that kept in good contact with us throughout the sale of our home. He priced it right and got multiple offers in the first week of listing it on the MLS. The Mayer Team operates at the highest possible level of skill, caring, competence, and customer service. I say this as a Thumbtack Top Pro myself, with decades of experience serving customers with technical personal service. Running an adoption agency or wedding officiant service requires the same skill set they posses, with a different technical knowledge base.
These folks are awesome.
Our family is considering re-locating to the Vegas area, but it is only one of our possible targets, and we had no fixed move date. Nevertheless they went well out of their way to accommodate our rather vague and only potential plans. We spent an entire day with Melody looking at a series of houses that matched the profile that they helped us create. She was warm, personable, friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Even better, she was fun!
She took us all over the greater Las Vegas area, highlighting the differences between neighborhoods, and the advantages and disadvantages of different possible choices. All while knowing that we were just exploring and would not be buying anything in the immediate future.
Wow! It just doesn't get any better.
We still don't know if we are going to be moving, or when that might happen. But we will absolutely use Kyle and his team if and when we make that choice. You should too.
