Dimitri answered request for proposal this week - good reviews and good quote - showed up today (Sunday) and worked 3-4 hours to complete task - does a great job and is very courteous - will happily recommend him and use him again next year to pressure wash house after winter - everything looks great. You’ll be glad you chose him!

I got an actual estimate (not an auto-reply) very soon after posting my request. Communication was clear, he was on time and thorough. He carefully removed some things attached to the railings, to protect them. He even pressure-washed a small extra set of steps without charging more. I got lower estimates from others after confirming, but I had a short deadline, and I was OK with the price and think it was reasonable for such professional work.

We had a great experience with Dmitry. He did a fabulous job and my windows are sparkling clean. He was punctual and very professional.
