- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
RESUME fees are based-upon one of three levels of resumes and are based upon labor intensity and complexity of the project as follows: Basic Resume: Starts at $99 (avg. cost: based upon 6 hrs.) Intermediate Resume: Starts at $149 Advanced Resume: Starts at $200 Executive Resume starts at $300 A Flat-Fee agreement may be possible which would be determined during the initial Consultation period. COVER LETTER fees are charged separately from resume fees. Original draft: Stand-alone starts at $30 Combined with resume starts at $25 OUR WIRE PLEDGE is to deliver high quality service products to each and every customer without bias and certifies its purpose to apply the highest ethical standards in client relationship and cost assessment. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The basic outline I follow includes -Collection and review of Resume Profile Information and/or review of an existing Resume. -A Phone or Face to Face Consultation. -A Statement of Work to be done and a Target Date of Completion. -Open Access Conversation with me during the writing phase of your resume. -Writing a professional, winning image, uniquely-you Resume. (No cookie-cut resume.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is within corporate training with an emphasis upon business communications. My forte is applying crisp, clear and visual word designs to diverse formats for maximum impact. I am an established writer with a portfolio that includes amongst others, business plans, business proposals, technical, manuscript, legislative and legal documents. I am an avid contract writer. It is in part, my affinity to contract writing that is reflected in resumes I write which I consider to be high-venture pre-contract proposals.
