- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read - and read - and read. My personal library contains more than 2300 books and my library card is well used. I also regularly attend webinars and MOOCs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Even way back in first grade I helped others to understand and improve their work.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone whose pride will be in presenting you as you wish to be presented, not in doing it their own way.
