We first contacted Seth regarding some major drainage and erosion problems on our property. At the time, about one-third of our backyard was unusable and we'd hoped to correct that. After examining the area, Seth came up with a range of solutions. He was very knowledgeable as to the cause of our problems and genuinely interested in fixing it. While some suggestions were more affordable than others, at no time did he pressure us to accept any one particular option, and he was always patient and respectful of our concerns. Several times throughout the process, we asked for changes in the scope of work--Seth accepted each one easily, and to the extent that he could accommodate us, he did, often going above and beyond. By the time all was said and done, Seth and his crew had filled in a severely eroded section of our lot, installed an extensive French drainage system to divert water away from our land, regraded our entire yard, and laid sod/seed throughout. He is also working with another of our contractors to coordinate the installation of our new extended fence and fill in any gaps beneath it. All in all, a top-notch job from start to finish--Xscape 2 Nature is a company you can count on, and we would rehire Seth and his crew in a heartbeat. Thanks so much for everything!

It has been more than 3 months since my job was done. I sent a list of problems to the owner, along with pictures, and after 2 months he sent 2 workers to fix some of them (the others he chose to ignore). He promised to re-cement the border around the flower bed. It was loose within 3 days. When his guys came out after 2 months, they didn't know anything about the cement. When I contacted the owner he said that they hadn't seen the cement that he had put out for them, but he would take care of it. It has been more than a month and he has not contacted me or returned. He told me after he started the job that his main business was putting in patios but he had hired a landscaper and she taught him. She is no longer with him. He told me he was going to put in begonias - the plants in my yard are not begonias, and several of the larger plants died in less than a month even though I have an irrigation system. He left my yard which had been level so bumpy that it was difficult to mow. The workers put down topsoil - it is so sandy that grass won't grow - even crabgrass isn't growing in it. He needs to go back to patios.
