- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the length of class desired and location. I do offer a reduced rate for pre purchased series of classes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down with a new client over a cup of tea or coffee to talk thru their goals and expectations for their yoga practice. Once I get a sense of where we are starting, we will get started on the mat and working together towards achieving those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified 200 hour registered yoga teacher thru Yoga Alliance. I am a certified Silver Sneaker Yoga instructor thru Healthways and have additional training in adapting a yoga for an aging body. I also have CPR / AED and first aid training thru American Red Cross.
