Cynthia posseses a wealth of expertise in her field, professionalism and high attention to detail that is unparalleled. She really knows yoga. But even more importantly, she understands and works with her clients as individuals to maximize the experience. She didn't wrap me around a 'process'; she adapted the program so it fit my needs. And therefore I am having the most meaningful yoga experience.Feb 12, 2016Verified

I really love Cynthia and could not recommend her more highly! Cynthia is a fantastic yoga instructor, and amazing women in general. I have been seeing her for almost four months now and have felt such a fantastic shift in my mind, body, and spirit. Each practice is tailored to my personal progression and physical and emotional presence at the moment we begin. Cynthia is a natural teacher who knows how to respect the body. During our practices she is very diligent about every pose, making sure to take extra caution in each movement along the way. Since the start of our practices I have noticed a change in my posture, flexibility, and overall demeanor. Her restorative based practices make sure to keep the body in correct alignment, and her breath-work based practices have helped me in so many areas of my life and health. At the end of each practice with Cynthia, I feel fantastic and completely rejuvenated no matter what is going on in my personal life. I really believe that her practices have helped ground me and stay positive. She is a joy to be around!May 5, 2016Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The typical process for working with a new client involves a conversation question/answer session to assess what the person or group is looking to get out of the yoga class. I also look for experience levels, injures, and what sports/hobbies the client takes part in. This helps me tailor a class specifically for them.
