- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact customer set up a meeting to overview the project , then listen, listen to what they want ,tell them what they need to hear , remember we're here to help them. Give them a bid , ask them if they have any more questions, ask them to call us when there ready to schedule the work to start.
