Ceylon Mitchell: Instructor & Musician for Hire
About this pro
Ceylon Is a great musician and his passion to share his gift is without a doubt nothing short of beautiful. From a business aspect, I would hire Ceylon as a solo artist but would not allow him to subcontract out for a dou ensemble. He subcontracted a harpist who was on so many levels very unprofessional, to include showing up to my house unannounced and on the day of the event complained an made inappropriate comments to guests about what should have been done. I shared my displeasure with Ceylon 3 days prior about the harpist behavior and his suggestion was to proceed with the event and keep the harpist as a vendor and do not use her again as a vendor in the future- besides he couldn't find another harpist to fill in with 3 days notice.Jul 25, 2016Verified

Ceylon volunteered to lead a workshop for middle school flute players. He first performed for them (very inspiring) then helped them with their tone and technique. Very awesome experience for the students!May 1, 2016
