- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ABSOLUTELY! I am a board member for my local ASID chapter where I attend continuing education courses a couple of times a month. I am also currently in the process of obtaining my NCIDQ which is a professional interior design organization.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I'm not sure I have a typical kind of job. My clients have ranged from a food truck to a high end cosmetics boutique and the things in between are just as random. I typically work with retail and restaurants but have done a few corporate offices, expo/trade show displays, a hockey rink, a fitness center, an a couple of educational facilities like charter schools and museums. I don't have a one track mind, in fact working on the same type of project over and over again gets dull for me! I like that this career brings in a variety of clients.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I had the opportunity to design a brand identity and interior/ vehicle design for a food truck a few months back and It was a total blast! The project itself was so out there and the client was open to the craziest ideas I threw at them which made for a really dynamic and one of a kind design.
