- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have hourly rates, i also have peice work rates it all depends on the project. I do offer military, first responders, and senior discounts. Reach out to me for more information!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact new customer find out what kind of project they want done, ill make a plan for scope of work. Ill answer all the customers questions , tell them the process of work to be done so they understand what to expect to see during the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned my trade as a Carpenter by being hands on , by learning from men who knew their trade and had the opportunity to be taught by experts in their field.
