Introduction: Everything is prepared in-house using the freshest natural ingredients available, no off the shelf, packaged food products out of my kitchen! Locally sourced products are used when available. I work with my clients to develop menus that meet their needs. My culinary background is international, I'm Italian, lived in Latin America and Europe, and traveled in Asia and South America. I believe good food can be prepared in a health-conscious way, and eating food that tastes amazing is good for you! Food is my passion and I want to bring it to your table! I've lived all over the world, and those experiences have had an influence on my menus. Seeing people enjoy the food they eat makes me so happy! I love working with clients to customize menus to create the perfect meal and the perfect event!
