FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any project that can be proposed at a current market rate for comparison will gladly be provided. Many projects have variations that will not fit a standardized pricing system. We do base our line item proposals on an hourly rate per task and required skill level. All proposals are based on a labor and material basis and are a one solid number proposal with no "hidden" costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A initial phone call to set up an appointment. An on site project visit to discuss project "scope", discuss any design options and material preferences. Inquire into any longer range aspects of the project or future additions thought of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A solid lifetime working in the trades in all aspects of construction. Commercial large construction projects, union memberships and extensive remodel experience from early 1900's homes to present construction needing upgrades. A well established background in space planning.
