The photographer got lost on their way to the location, was a half hour late, and the camera stopped taking pictures a half hour into the session. I asked for mostly candid shots of the kids and dogs but got mostly posed pictures. When I indicated my displeasure and asked them to be fair considering the circumstances, they gave me the lesser expensive package ($400 and 10 pictures vs. $500 and the entire album) but the pictures I got were definitely not worth the money.Feb 13, 2018VerifiedBrent H.'s reply
We appreciate your feedback. We have tried to contact you several times to do a reshoot due to the weather and the equipment malfunction. We have also let that particular photographer go from our company. We always try to make the client happy. Please let us know if we can do anything for you in the future to make up for your previous experience. Thank you.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My main job is an architect, so yes we have the latest and greatest editing software, always keep up with canon's website as well since we use canon equipment exclusivly.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Here recently we have done many newborn baby shoots. I guess we just have a lot of pregnant friends here in Alaska! Summer is coming though and we have a few weddings planned.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Check out all of the competition and pricing. You sometimes get what you pay for, other times you get robbed for the amount of time and quality of images you receive.
