Yes, I have obtained certificates and a degree in Computer Science after earning a Ph.D. in English.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my work involves technical reports and proposals, both editing and formatting them in Microsoft Word.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Trust in the process. Just e-mail your document for editing. If you'd like to try a small project first, that is a great way to get started. I use track changes in Microsoft Word, so that you can see what edits I have made. You can also review my comments for suggestions and questions.
