- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a standard pricing sheet. Also if you need us for extra hours, or if you need us to emcee your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on whether we're doing an event or wedding we talk with your clients and ask all the important questions about their event. Then once we've done that we have some simple forms that we send the client to fill out for song choices and all event details to make things run smoothly. It works well and makes all our events well organized.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally do a lot of reading on my own and I work in radio full time, which keeps me up to date with all technologies that are out there.
