- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first time cleaning costs a little more since I deep clean to get it where it should be. After that the rate generally drops almost half of first time cleaning rate. in order to maintain the work that is done the first time. That is why the difference in first time cleaning is offset.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly researching cleaning aids and equipment. I use a online panel of experts which I pay the best people in that area to answer a question involved in cleaning that I may run across. I also consider it very good to work off constructive criticism .
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do whatever the client asks. I deep clean then maintain my work. I have organized, moved, cleaned out garages, attics, and workshops. I have even washed their vehicles and mowed their lawn. If I am capable of doing it I do. I, of course, always think of each client as my only client.
