I received a better quote, but I had already agreed to this owner, so I kept my commitment. Owner did not call when intially scheduled, but they did show up for the job on time. The cleaning was done as quoted, average. The pricing for baseboards was high, but I was in a rush as this was a move out clean. She does charge a travel fee. She also charges extra for garbage removal. We had 12 non-food items left in the fridge that she declined to throw away without charging me, although I did pay for the fridge cleaning. I declined to pay for the removal of those items. Thankfully, our realtor was kind enough to do it. I have a name of another person on here I would use if anyone is interested. Owner immediately wanted her invoice paid, before the house had been inspected by our realtor. I am out of state, so I wanted someone to look at it, but I paid her promptly just to be done with it.

Hi Kimberly, we appreciate your review. To better clarify the experience from both client and professional hired for services - the garbage removal is offered as an add-on service but is not shown as an option to include on the service lists using the Thumbtack platform. Per our phone conversation prior to scheduled service, it was discussed that the home would be empty of all waste, garbage, and junk aside from the master bedroom furniture left behind (which was included in the purchase for the new homeowner). Therefore, the garbage removal service was not discussed for this reason. We provide completion photos to communicate and ensure that services are completed as discussed. After completion photos are reviewed by the client, we request the client to move forward with payment for employees to be paid immediately after services are finished - to promote an optimal transactional relationship between employer and employee. We have further posted completion photos of your project to reflect the integrity and professionalism of our business. We appreciate your business and happy to have assisted you with this move-out clean.
