- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes and no. We have a catering menu but we also please every customer so we will expand our menu if it's within reason. Just be specific on what you want and we will quote you a fair price for an outstanding service and quality of food.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a meet and greet, the customer will try out some different dishes they are interested in, and then I will send them a contract to lock in the date of that is the route the customer wants to go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years of both family and professional pizza training and Italian cuisine. Member of the world pizza champions and have traveled all over the world teaching my skills to others.
