I can mot say enough about Phil and his crew they were always on time for the two weeks they worked on our home. First week was removing all carpet from upstairs and installing new hardwood floor. Second week was refinishing and stain the downstairs floor to match new upstairs. Completely refinishing the stairs and railings, while always maintains a high quality of craftsmanship. Phils team showed professionalism while cleaning up every night, and working on Saturday when required. I did not have to worry about added costs, as Phil made sure we were aware of any items that i might want to consider, and then he made it happen. Mr Thrasher and his team are the real deal! After having an inexperienced person ruin our floors he came to the rescue and gave the hardwoods a new lease on life. Its like we have brand new floors. He rejuvenated them and made them look gorgeous!!! He is very kind and easy to work with. Dont hesitate, hire Thrasher Flooring. We will again. No doubt.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's usually priced by the foot. Prices quoted are usually for the actual floor work. Extras may include trim work. Repairing hidden damage. Extra coats of finish. Moving furniture. Pulling up carpet, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually meet the customer at their home or job site. We meet.Talk. I take measurements and pictures. Depending on the size and scope of the job I might figure it on the spot or take a day or two if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing this since I got out of the service. Didn't expect to stay with it but it grew on me and I got really good at it. Don't claim to know everything but I know alot. I enjoy my work and I'm very good at it.
