What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are several ways to look at my experience. First I was a General Manager of Mcdonalds for 7 years and second I raised nine children with which all had different taste. I am currently a house mom of a girls dorm which gives me the ability to test out new recipes and get a variety of feedback.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had been helping a girlfriend with several private events and she was telling me I really should consider opening my own catering company and with her help I did.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Brides, sororities, fraternities, tailgate parties, rehearsal dinners, and several types of themed parties.
