The more sessions you attend per week, the lower the price! 60 minute sessions (price by week): 1 for $32, 2 for $60, 3 for $84, 4 for $104, 5 for $120 30 minute sessions (price by week): 1 for $20, 2 for $38, 3 for $54, 4 for $68, 5 for $75 -Pay for 2 weeks at a time, get 2% off total -Pay for month at a time, get 5% off total
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Eager to meet all prospective clients, and love to see the ones we've had before! First and foremost, we'd like to discuss the activities you enjoy most and how we can facilitate it. We'll ask if you have any history with weight or endurance training, as well as previous injury or medical concerns. From there, we can develop a nutritional and training outline to guide your goal achievements. And we begin! First session's on us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My name is Riley Newton, owner Newtone Personal Training Services. I am a: - BSc Exercise Science, Auburn University - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, National Strength and Conditioning Association - Certified Personal Trainer, National Academy of Sports Medicine - 150 observation hours in physical therapy inpatient/outpatient setting. This experience reinforced the importance of stability, mobility and flexibility in our training programs. - Your trainer is always studying for the purpose of bringing you safe and effective results! I seek Certification from International Society of Sports Nutrition by end of 2019.
