I hired Chef Shaun Michael to be a personal chef for a small dinner party I was throwing for a friend to celebrate her birthday. He was extremely helpful in developing a menu to fit the occasion, but most of all, he cooked a delicious meal that everyone loved! He was very easy to work with and was a true professional throughout the evening. I would definitely hire him again if we should ever need a chef!

Raquel Ervin did the planning of my baby shower. She started with the designing of the invitations all the way to the breakdown and clean up after the event. Her expertise were always on point. At the event, the decor was impeccable, the food was really good and everyone enjoyed themselves. I have had a unique experience in that I have worked with Underground Cooking Academy professionally when Chef Thyme Randall worked directly with our Instructors on a cooking demonstration, which was very successful. I have also been a guest at a few of Underground Cooking Academy's catering events and I can say that without fail the food has always been incredible and I have appreciated and celebrated Chef Thyme Randall's energy!
Chef Tre' is not only my Family of 5's favorite Chef, she is a visionary like none other. She is very innovative as well. We began our memeories with her a little over a year ago, as she helped surprise our 12 year old with a cooking class that ended up becoming an Experience that we will never forget. She was very informative as well aa fun! The girls learned to cook a delicous meal as well as techniques that will last a lifetime! I have with Jonathon Multiple times over the past 10 years. I have never met anyone with a passion like he has for cooking. The passion shows in the food he cooks. We worked for multiple weeks on the set of the hunger games as food stylist and everyone loved the food. I have also worked with Jonathon at two country clubs where he was Executive Chef and Sous Chef. Needless to say this guy knows what he is doing. If your looking for great food and a hard worker look no further. I would hire Jonathon for any catering job or anything to do with food. He is at the top of his game and loves what he does.
