I was a pleasure working with Chip. He gave me good service for a good value. He was a great communicator with expected start time and end time for the project. I have short term rentals and he preformed services while I had guest with minimum disruption to their visit. I would recommend Chip and plan to use him again in the future.

Everything about this experience has been great. Charles Shields is very personable and professional. I told him what I wanted and he went above and beyond my expectations. He and his crew have done quality work and I know everything has been done right. The room he added for me looks amazing. He will definitely be the one I will call for all future projects.

I would like customers to know that I am Dependable honest alcohol and drug free and only do code work will not take shortcuts I warranty my work and I stand behind everything
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my typical process is a customer calls me I come out and do a free estimate I work up a quote if the customer is happy with the quote we both signing it becomes a contract customer gives me no money up front ever
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in this business for over 25 years and almost 15 years on my own
