I highly recommend New Wave Carpet and Tile, LLC to anyone who is need of a great carpet cleaning. I was totally satisfied with the final result. I can honestly say that out of having my carpet cleaned by at least 3 other companies before New Wave Carpet and Tile, LLC cleaned my carpet the best of them all. And I must be honest and say that my carpet was long overdue a good carpet cleaning (it had spots that had been down awhile). There was no extra charge for pretreatment. It looked as though Mr. Barry used a 3 step process (pretreatment, clean and drying) Mr. Barry cleaned my entire home and it made me feel like I had new carpet again and most of all the price was right! It definitely makes for a great start for the holidays. And because my home will be going on the market in a few months I will be using New Wave's services again because I do believe it will be a plus to helping me sell my home with exceptionally cleaned carpet.
