Along with our full service caterings, including setup, bartending and cleanup, La Paz Catering offers other services to best suit your needs. We can deliver the food in aluminum pans and plastic bowls and set up for any office meeting or corporate event. We also offer a disposable setup, delivery, setting up and displaying your buffet in disposable heated chaffing stands with our decorative party table cover and runner. Finally, our last option of set up is our full-service setup, bringing our linens, decorative Mexican blankets, decor, baskets and decorative bowls with our heated chaffing stands and return the next day to pick up.
