- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I really have to take your order...price the amount of the food and determine how much it takes to feed each person and still have more food for after the event..so that the individuals who planned the event will have food for later if desired...

Yes, I watch cooking shows, try different recipes from different catalogs and friends...
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Funny....I never decided it....God chose me to do the very thing which is cook...
