We focus on the quality of the foods produced and the freshness. We like to mix traditional cuisine with modern techniques and flair. I prefer to serve food that is recognizable and not too far from the beaten path. I concentrate on flavor profiles and ensure that your guest will rave about the food at your event. Cooking is not what I do because I couldn't do anything else. It is what I do because I absolutely love cooking. I love discovering new flavors and what people eat in other cultures and why.i love the smell of raw ingredients, the feel of them. I love the expression on people's faces when they taste my food and smile or moan with excited pleasure. If there is no passion in what you do, then why do it?

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Trends in food are easy to follow by staying current in magazines, networking with local chefs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My grandmother had 13 Grand kids, so to spend time with her, I was always in the kitchen. It became my favorite place to be. When she passed on, it is the place I feel closest to her.
