Built a deck that was completely rotten that it had to be torn down. The original contractor built the deck out of square and the stairs were too steep and were out of code. The space I had to rebuild the deck was impossible to go back together without doing poor job. I moved the edge of the deck in to acommidate a stair case that was safe.
