Introduction: I am a personal chef. As a personal chef, I assist in meal preparations. I set up an in-home consultation where a client assessment form is filled out that includes things such as likes/dislikes/allergies, etc. Also, I will asses your kitchen, counter space and refrigerator/freezer space. From this, I will customize a menu for you and set up your first cook date.
It is not necessary for client to be home when I'm cooking. I will do grocery shopping that morning and arrive to cook at your home afterwards. Depending on your menu, cooking and cleanup should take between 4 to 6 hours. All meals will be packaged and labeled, and your kitchen will be left clean with the smells of great food aromas.

Making Magic in the Kitchen does not disappoint! The food is ABSOLUTELY amazing! I love how I am able to plan in advance or request a last-minute cuisine for impromptu occasions. If looking for a meal or dessert that is DELISH, you have to indulge and allow the Making (of) Magic in (your) kitchen!

While working with Phynesse I noticed that she washed her hands often and had her own materials. Time management while being in the kitchen is very important and she was able to deliver the tasks with moments to share. She was willing to go the extra mile for the children and the camp I assisted her in. The students loved their dishes and weren’t afraid to try new things. She encourages and shares her wisdom in the field of cooking. I would love to work with her again.

The food is always delicious and fresh tasting. My favorite is the pound cake! If you are looking for consistency and quality, I would definitely recommend Making Magic in the Kitchen.
