- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing system for our clean service we offer. For bigger jobs we generally run a 2 person crew for $70 an hour. With a two hour min. On smaller jobs we can send one cleaner at 35 an hour. With a two hour min. That is our basic cleaning service. Our landscaping service the price varies depending on job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with our new customers and get to know them. Each customer is different as are their needs. We like to maintain a great working relationship so that their lawn and cleaning needs are the last thing that they need to worry about.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a landscaping supervisor for a big company here locally for 5 years. Prior to that I had other landscaping titles from the bottom of the list up. All in all I've got 20 years of landscaping experience.
