Altract Co. pricing reflects the level of service we offer. We are are professional repainting contractor with goals of delivering a high quality finished product. We do not try to compete with unlicensed, uninsured handyman services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An Altract estimator will contact the customer to schedule a day and time to come to the home or business to discuss the project with the customer. The estimator will walk the property with the customer and discuss the scope of the project. Once the scope is identified the estimator will walk the property again on their own to take pictures and notes to deliver an estimate. The estimate will be delivered within 24 hrs of the appointment. If the estimate is accepted the customer will pay a 30% deposit to schedule the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are professionally licensed and insured and we have over 10 years experience in the Birmingham area as a painting contractor. Many of our crews have been painting for over 15 years, some even longer. All of our crews have at least 5 years experience in painting as a requirement.
