So Since meeting Chris, it’s the first time I’ve ever enjoyed training in a gym. Time passes quickly and the sessions are varied. He also provides a rounded service, focusing on nutrition as well as exercise so that I achieve my goals quicker. I’m definitely seeing a difference and getting more toned which is exactly what I wanted.what matters to you truly does matter to him. He does an amazing job with everyone of his clients and most of the time BOOKED if that tells you anything I’m almost done with 90 days and I have seen so much results and I cannot wait to keep seeing them he truly has a heart for wanting what’s best for you he will put you on a meal plan also that’s easy to follow if you don’t have a Trainer I would stop looking and contact him. I promise you that you will not be upset with this choice and it’s a healthy lifestyle 👌🏼

I have been working with B.J. weekly for about 6 months, and I feel stronger and more fit than ever. He is inventive with workout routines, always has you do something different, and is very good at tailoring routines to what you are capable of and your strength level, even in group settings. I would recommend anyone and everyone to workout with B.J., no matter what your goals are, he will help you achieve them. He is very knowledgable about the human body, how it works and nutrition. He is respectful of his clients, always super excited about the day, and pushes me to realize how strong I actually am. I am a female in her 30s who enjoys a challenge and looks forward to seeing how sore I can be the day after a workout, but also wants to maintain a "feminine structure" and not get "bulky". The workouts B.J. puts together are awesome! Workout with B.J. and you will look great and will have never felt better!
He got me on board to gain weight in a heathier manner. I have noticed a tremendous difference in myself since I have started working with him. He is very easy to communicate with about diet and routines. His meal plans are easy to follow and not routine or monotonous. Additionally, he is flexible with meeting times, which is my biggest need of all when it comes to my need for exercising.

Hello Chef Shaun, I just wanted to send you my compliments and those of some of my leadership team who attended our retreat and were spoiled by your fantastic culinary skills. First my comments: We have been doing these leadership retreats for about 6 years now and each year I try and do something extra special for my team to make the experience memorable. Along with a 4000 sq. ft. house overlooking the Ocean in San Diego, last year we hired a personal chef and had a fairly good experience. Nothing to write home about but it was nice to have that touch. However this year you knocked the cover off the ball! What an amazing dining experience for everyone! From the Filets and asparagus with béarnaise sauce to the Ribs with several different styles of bar-b-que sauce (loved the Jalapeño kick) to the beer can chicken and Chile Lime Fritters (WOW!) and the Lemon Tarts were out of this world. My team was over the moon with the service and the food. Flying you out to Lake Tahoe to feed us was the best upgrade decision I made for this years retreat. Of course now you have set the bar so high, Ill have to fly you out to our next annual event. Fabulous job! Here are a couple more feedback comments from some of my leadership team: From my executive Assistant Kara: I was really impressed with every single meal Shaun produced, every dish was a step beyond awesome and clearly something special (BEST ribs EVER). And he catered to our large group with such an easy and relaxed manner! So both his presence and his meals were an utter delight. From my programming Specialist Tiffany: " Oh where do I start? Chef Shaun's food was incredible. Every single meal prepared by him from appetizers to dessert was not only delicious but plated beautifully. He was as cool as a cucumber in the kitchen but engaging and willing to answer all of my food questions. 'How come my ribs never turn out like that?!' Can Shaun come to every company retreat? Standouts for me: the chimichurri sauce Wednesday night; the filet mignon, so tender with crisp asparagus and a heavenly béarnaise sauce and the chocolate lava cake; fall-off-the-bone ribs with a delicious spicy yet sweet sauce. We hired Johnathan as a personal chef about a month ago and have not been disappointed since! His food is consistently delicious. Home cooking with a flare is the best way I can describe it. He took every suggestion I gave him and ran wth it creating fun, diverse dishes that were cost and health conscious. I have very specific nutrition needs, and he was adaptable and flexible working with me and a nutritionist to make meals that were not only nutritious but tailored to my specific needs. Furthermore, he would go above and beyond to make sure I got the menu ahead of time, deliveries as scheduled, and ingredient lists when requested. He is an absolute joy to work with, and I would absolutely recommend him for anyone, weather you just need help getting food on the table once or twice a week, or everyday. Wonderful guy, wonderful chef.

With mark's help, and My trainer Rose, I have started the process and it feels great! They are always on time, very communicative and push me to get results. What a glorious day when I happened upon AJ by chance - it was on the day I joined the Downtown YMCA almost a year ago. Over the past year, he's been SO great for accountability. You have to appreciate a trainer who will text you at 4:30am to make sure you're awake and coming in! I've already referred one friend to him, and will happily continue to do so. The workouts are TOUGH! It's always something new and different. I think that's why I've always fallen "off the workout wagon" before ... you just get bored doing the same thing! AJ puts thought into keeping everything fresh. The sessions have become more and more challenging as the months have progressed. I've learned so many new exercises! Nutrition is very important to me. I was thrilled to find out that AJ is VEGAN. This was a huge motivator for me to partner with him, as I'm constantly at a loss for what/how to eat for performance and energy, since I don't eat meat. He can give you customized plans to meet your dietary requirements, vegetarian or no. I feel strong and capable in many exercises that intimidated me before training with AJ, and the honest accountability is what really helps keep me on track. Thanks, dude!
