Introduction: My ultimate goal is to make sure every person that I serve is leaving satisfied with the service that they received from me. Either from meals through meal prep, a catering event, or nutrition services I strive to make sure that my clients are happy at the end and reach the goals that they want to achieve while eating good in the process. I am a certified health coach through Precision Nutrition's Master's Program and a Weight Cut Specialist through Lockhart and Leith. I have graduated from culinary school and have worked in fine dining restaurants for the past 3 years while running my meal prep and nutrition business for that same time I have served MLB, NFL, college athletes, businessmen and women from all over.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in health & wellness and food services for the past 4 years. Have worked in fine dining restaurants for half of that time. I’m ServSafe certified and have two certificates of completion from the world’s leading nutrition coaching program. I am currently obtaining my Master’s in Nutrition.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always loved to cook, but it wasn’t until my dad passed away that I took nutrition more seriously and fell in love with it.
