- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to meet with each potential client to determine if my firm can be of assistance to resolve their legal issue. I do not charge any fees for this initial consultation. If we determine my firm is a good fit for the client, we enter into a written agreement that clearly defines the costs and the terms and conditions of the relationship.
